Description

This blend is made of herbs normally grown in the Provence Region of France. A very herby flavor!

We enjoy this long time favorite in France in rice dishes, veggies, lamb, and salads. Enhance the flavor of your dishes by adding during the cooking process. Commonly, the herb mixture is combined along with cooking oil so that the flavors of all of the herbs are infused properly while the food is being cooked. Our blend uses the standards of Rosemary, Thyme, Savory, Marjoram, Basil, Sage and Oregano with hints of Lavender as to have just enough Lavender flavor.

 **Please be aware that we will be switching from glass oval jars to glass round jars over the coming months. The lid on the new round jars is so much simpler to shake out of, something many of you have asked for! We know you'll enjoy the round jars, as much as we do!  **

    This is my go to seasoning for soups, chicken, sauces. Balanced blend that really adds something special to your food.

    I found this another favorite but I added another dipping herbs to give it a bigger kick.

    HdP is my go-to seasoning and this blend has TE best balance of any around. Just the right touch of lavender to bring out the floral note without overpowering the savory herbs.

    I found this to be one of the best blends I have tasted... the balance of the flavors was excellent.... It added a depth of flavor to my soup that was unexpected. I used it in conjunction with the Tumeric which was also outstanding.
